Concept and Enabling Works
Working alongside Highways England to develop this strategic multi-billion UK Roads infrastructure project. Specialist consultants for Enabling Works, Utilities, Pre Enabling works and Planning.
Planning Utilities works for 400kV, High Pressure Gas, Water and Fibre as well as working alongside and coordinating with HS1
Thames Tideway Project
Utilities and Enabling Works
Contracted to Thames Tideway via CH2M undertaking the enabling works packages prior to the Main Works Contractors taking posession of the sites. Acted as Multiple Sites Manager across the whole of the Tideway Tunnelling areas. Works including Geotech, Asset and Noise and Air Monitoring Management, Utilities Diversions and new installations along with Coordination, integration and handovers of packages.
The A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon
Utilities Diversions
Contracted to undertake the delivery of the 115km total length, £60m diversions package. Leading a team of 4 Project Managers, 2 Construction Managers, a Planner and Commercial resource to manage, under the NRSWA process, the Gas, Fuel, Water and Waste, Power and Comms diversions prior to the main earthworks and civil works.

Utilities & Enabling Construction Management
Undertaking the Construction Management of the Utilities installations in the Park. From Power, Water and District Heating and Cooling with muliple contractors. We worked on this project for several months and the end result was a national treasure and truly spectacular. By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, delivery and no surprises the works were completed on time for a successful games.
Centrica Renwables
St Georges Hospital Upgrades
We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale in the NHS Sector. We assisted our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution - sustainability via renewable technology.
Working to develop new lighting, energy capture, modifications to old tech and replaced the old steam boiler house with a CHP energy centre to run the whole hospital.
